Siri Lawsuit: Apple Agrees to Pay Owners of These iPhone Models

Apple agreed to a $250 million U.S. class-action settlement over claims it advertised Siri’s personalized features before they were ready.

Eligible U.S. buyers of iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 models purchased between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 may file claims.

Per-device payments start at $25 and could rise to as much as $95 depending on the number of claims.

The deal resolves allegations that Apple misled customers about the timing of Siri and Apple Intelligence features.
