iPadOS 26.5 now available for iPad, here’s what’s new

Apple has released iPadOS 26.5 for iPad, bringing a new Pride Luminance wallpaper and a set of small usability upgrades.

Maps adds Suggested Places, while Reminders now offers more precise snooze times for better task handling.

In some regions, the App Store gains a new subscription billing option, and Magic accessories can pair more easily over USB-C.

The update is mostly a quality-of-life release and may be one of the last major iPadOS updates before Apple focuses on iPadOS 27 and WWDC 2026.
