He moved away from Figma plugins and FigJam because large, fast-changing product flows were becoming hard to manage.

ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, GitHub, Vercel, and later Codex helped with specs, code generation, and product refinement.

The project also showed the limits of multi-step AI workflows and the need to keep project context tightly consistent.
