iOS 26.5 Features: Everything New in iOS 26.5

Apple has released iOS 26.5 after beta testing, bringing encrypted RCS messaging and more than 50 security fixes.

The update adds a new wallpaper, Maps recommendations, Apple Books improvements, and an Inuktitut keyboard layout.

It also includes EU-required support for third-party wearables and adjustable iPhone-to-Android transfer settings.

Apple says the release improves security, interoperability, and everyday usability ahead of iOS 27.
