The World's Smallest Wellness Wearable, Smart Earrings, Just Launched on Kickstarter

Lumia Health launched Lumia 2 on Kickstarter, a smart earring wearable that tracks more than 20 health and wellness signals.

The device is designed for all-day wear with swappable batteries and can monitor metrics such as sleep, heart rate variability, SpO2, and blood-flow-related insights.

Developed with researchers from Johns Hopkins, Duke, and Harvard, Lumia 2 quickly exceeded its funding goal and raised over $800,000.

The launch highlights a new wearable category aimed at more continuous, less intrusive health tracking than watches or rings.
