Your WhatsApp and Google Meet calls will show up in Samsung’s Phone app with One UI 9

Samsung’s One UI 9 is adding a unified call log in the Phone app that includes app-based calls from WhatsApp and Google Meet.

The update also lets Now Brief recognize those app calls, reducing duplicate call reminders across Samsung features.

The feature is already in beta on Galaxy S26 devices and is expected to roll out more widely later this year.

Users will be able to disable the unified call log in settings if they prefer separate histories.
