Reuters reports Meta is rolling out software on U.S. employees’ computers to record mouse movements and keystrokes.

The data collection, part of a tool called Model Capability Initiative, is meant to train AI agents to handle tasks better.

Meta says the monitoring will not be used in performance evaluations.
