Mynavi cloud breached, up to 110,000 personal records possibly leaked

Mynavi announced that a cloud service it uses experienced unauthorized access and may have leaked personal data.

About 110,505 personal records may have been exposed, including roughly 74,224 general users and 21,609 corporate contacts.

The company detected abnormal cloud activity on December 5, 2025, investigated, and on January 16, 2026 confirmed possible data leakage from the unauthorized access.

Mynavi said it will expand monitoring, revise alert thresholds, and standardize operational rules as preventive measures.
