LG Uplus joins forces with LG Electronics, Ensol, and LS... pouring an additional 1.3 trillion won into AIDC

LG Uplus will invest about 1.3 trillion won more to build phase 2 of its Paju AI data center.

The project includes new server buildings and uses LG Electronics liquid cooling, LG Energy Solution UPS batteries, and LS ELECTRIC 800V DC power distribution.

By combining affiliate technologies, LG Uplus aims to move into an end-to-end AI data center business covering design, construction, and operations.

The company targets 5 trillion won in cumulative orders by 2030, signaling a bigger push in Korea’s AI infrastructure market.
