Building a new enterprise AI services company with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs

Anthropic is launching a new AI services company with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs.

The venture will help mid-sized firms adopt Claude in key workflows through custom deployments and implementation support.

Anthropic Applied AI engineers will work alongside the new company’s team, with backing from additional alternative asset managers.

The company will also join Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, expanding Claude’s reach into enterprise customers.
