NASA Is Set to Begin Training With a Prototype of Blue Origin's Crew Moon Lander

NASA has received a full-scale crew cabin prototype for Blue Origin’s Mark 2 lunar lander at Johnson Space Center.

The mockup will be used for astronaut training, simulation exercises, and human-in-the-loop tests ahead of lunar missions.

Blue Origin’s uncrewed Endurance/MK1 lander is also undergoing testing before a planned science payload flight.

The work supports NASA’s broader Artemis program and future crewed Moon landings later this decade.
