iOS 26.5.1 for iPhone 17 and iPhone Air Fixes Low-Battery Charging Problem

Apple released iOS 26.5.1 to fix a charging bug affecting some iPhone 17 and iPhone Air users.

For a small number of devices, cable charging could fail when the battery was nearly depleted.

The update is available now via Settings > Software Update on affected iPhones.

Apple also pushed MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1 for M5 Macs to address an enterprise shutdown issue.
