"Development of a Human Motion Model"... KAIST and NVIDIA Establish 'Physical AI' Technology Center

KAIST and NVIDIA have launched a joint physical AI initiative focused on learning human motion.

They are establishing an NVIDIA AI Technology Center and a Human Physical Intelligence research hub to build foundation models for wearable robots and humanoids.

The models will use large-scale human motion data to help robots better understand human intent and movement.

The partnership could speed up physical AI capabilities for rehabilitation, mobility assistance, and other health-related uses.
