Rumor: The OG Persona Games Could Be Making a Comeback

A Persona 30th anniversary merchandise line has appeared on Amazon with items labeled "Persona 1 Origins" and "Persona 2 Duality."

Fans think the unconventional product names could hint at remasters or remakes of the early Persona games, but Atlus has not confirmed this.

Kazuhisa Wada said in September 2024 that remaking Persona 1 and 2 is a project he would like to pursue someday.

Atlus previously released ports and a remake after Persona 5, and Persona 4 Revival was announced in June 2025 with no release date.
