Spotify launches an ElevenLabs-powered audiobook creation tool

Spotify is adding an ElevenLabs-powered AI audiobook creation tool to Spotify for Authors.

The feature will launch in June as an invite-only English-language beta for self-publishing authors.

Authors will be able to generate and publish audiobooks in Spotify for Authors without exclusivity.

Spotify can also expand its audiobook business while making production easier for independent writers.
