Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Fold 8 Ultra debut with Flex Titanium displays and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Fold 8 Ultra at Unpacked, adding a wider passport-style foldable design.

The new Flex Titanium display construction aims to reduce the crease and improve durability, alongside upgraded cameras.

Across the lineup, Samsung is using Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy to boost performance and on-device AI.

The launch signals Samsung’s push to broaden foldable designs as it prepares for competition from Apple’s first foldable iPhone.
