Anthropic Raises $65 Billion in Series H Funding, Reaches $965 Billion Valuation

Anthropic closed a $65 billion Series H round at a $965 billion post-money valuation.

The round was led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, and Sequoia, with $15 billion in prior hyperscaler commitments, including $5 billion from Amazon.

Anthropic says the funding will support safety and interpretability research, more compute, product expansion, and new partnerships.

The deal underscores strong investor confidence as Claude gains traction with enterprises and developers.
