Visionaries cuts investment team to two lead partners for next fund

German VC Visionaries Club is shrinking its investment team to two lead partners, Rob Lacher and Venkat Kondragunta, ahead of its next fund.

Judith Dada has moved into a senior partner role after becoming co-CEO of portfolio company Langdock, while other investor roles are being reshaped or remain unclear.

Lacher says the overhaul reflects a broader AI-driven move toward a smaller, more concentrated GP-led, AI-native VC model.
