Your Samsung phone is officially a TSA-approved digital passport

Samsung and CLEAR are adding a free digital ID to Samsung Wallet for compatible Galaxy phones.

U.S. passport holders on Android 9 or later can enroll and use biometric-protected verification.

The digital ID works at participating TSA checkpoints and select venues, including age-verification use cases.

The feature aims to speed screening and reduce dependence on physical documents.
