Capcom says Pragmata could grow into a longer-running franchise, not just a one-off release.

USA COO Rob Dyer pointed to the game’s strong launch, with over one million copies sold in two days and solid reviews.

He said Western feedback, demos, surveys, and a day-one Nintendo Switch 2 version helped shape and boost the debut.

The success gives Capcom a promising new IP to expand alongside its established series like Resident Evil and Monster Hunter.
