New horror game Penguin Colony sees you face supernatural threats as a flightless bird

Origame Digital and Fellow Traveller have announced Penguin Colony, a Lovecraftian narrative game set in Antarctica.

Players control different penguins with unique abilities while uncovering rival factions and an ancient entity beneath the ice.

The game is planned for Steam and Nintendo Switch 2 in late 2026, with a demo arriving in early June.

Its unusual penguin-led premise and cosmic horror tone add a fresh twist to the indie horror space.
