Apple agreed to a $250 million settlement over delayed Siri features, ending a lawsuit tied to alleged false advertising.

The payout applies to certain iPhone models bought between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025.

Eligible owners must file a claim within the 90-day window after notice; payments are not automatic.

Affected devices include iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, plus iPhone 16, 16e, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max.

Qualified claimants could receive up to $95 per device.
