Google Vids gets AI upgrade with Veo and Lyria models, directable AI avatars

Google updated its Vids editor with Veo 3.1 video models and Lyria music models.

Vids now offers controllable AI avatars and easier sharing to YouTube.

Free accounts are limited to 10 video generations per month, AI Pro gets 50 and AI Ultra 1,000.

Vids videos are eight seconds long at 720p and Lyria can produce music without typed lyrics.
