Yamaha's 2026 AV Receivers Add Style and Dolby Atmos

Yamaha has announced the RX300A and RX500A AV receivers, plus the YHT-4970U speaker bundle, as part of its 2026 lineup refresh.

The RX300A replaces the RX-V385 with Dolby Atmos, DTS Virtual:X, 4K/120Hz support, dual subwoofer outputs, and Bluetooth Multipoint.

The RX500A adds DTS:X, Zone 2 audio, and network streaming features such as Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, and Google Cast.

The new models are designed to modernize Yamaha’s home theater and gaming lineup and keep it competitive with newer rivals.

Shipments are scheduled to begin between June and September 2026.
