Introducing Anthropic's AI for Science Program

Anthropic launched the AI for Science program launched a new program called AI for Science to accelerate scientific research via API access.

AI for Science program will provide free API credits to researchers, will provide free API credits to support researchers working on high-impact scientific projects.

Program eligibility will select qualified researchers based on contributions, impact, and AI relevance qualified researchers will be selected based on scientific contributions, proposed research impact, and AI's ability to accelerate the work.

Focus areas focuses on biology and life sciences applications the program places particular focus on biology and life sciences, including genetic data analysis and drug discovery.

Application process accepts applications from researchers attached to research institutions via an application form researchers affiliated with a research institution can apply through an application form reviewed by Anthropic's team and subject matter experts.
