Introducing more enterprise-grade features for API customers

OpenAI introduced new enterprise-focused API features for security, governance, and scale.

The update adds Private Link, native multi-factor authentication, and project-level admin controls for tighter access management.

Assistants API also got upgrades, including expanded file search, vector stores, and streaming for better retrieval workflows.

On the pricing side, OpenAI added provisioned throughput discounts and a 50% off Batch API for asynchronous jobs.
