Judge denies xAI’s request to block Minnesota ban on ‘nudify’ apps

A federal judge denied xAI’s request to temporarily block Minnesota’s ban on nudify apps.

Judge Donovan Frank said xAI waited too long to file and the law may take effect while the lawsuit continues.

The ruling keeps the first-in-the-nation ban in place and sets an early test for state regulation of AI-generated non-consensual sexualized images.
