Final Fantasy 7: Heroes of Midgar Revealed with Kickstarter

The Eikon String Quartet has relaunched its Kickstarter for Heroes of Midgar: A Tribute to Final Fantasy 7 after an earlier campaign fell short.

The new drive has already raised more than $7,500 of its $12,000 goal and attracted about 130 backers.

If fully funded, the album would feature string arrangements of Final Fantasy 7 character themes.

The campaign underscores continued fan demand for Final Fantasy 7 music during the franchise’s anniversary period.
