RISE announces free GitHub Actions runners powered by RISC-V processors for open-source projects

RISE announced free RISC-V GitHub Actions runners for open-source projects.

The runners run on Scaleway bare-metal RISC-V servers in Europe and use Ubuntu Linux.

They are intended to help developers build and test software on real RISC-V hardware.

The move could improve open-source support and speed up RISC-V adoption.
