A ResetEra user bought a fake Pragmata cartridge from an Amazon Warehouse Deal.

The empty counterfeit shell got stuck in a Nintendo Switch 2 and had to be forced out.

Removing it appears to have bent or broken internal pins, leaving the console unable to read other games.
