Apple Wallet digital driver's licenses may be added in Virginia

9to5Mac reports Virginia could be the next state to support Apple Wallet digital driver’s licenses, though no launch date has been confirmed.

Apple currently supports digital IDs in 15 regions and also offers a separate U.S. passport-based Digital ID feature.

If Virginia is added, Apple Wallet’s ID tools could reach more users and become more useful for airport security and identity checks.
