PSA: You Can Play Star Fox's Switch 2 Game With A Nintendo 64 Controller

Nintendo says Star Fox on Switch 2 will support a Nintendo 64 controller, bringing back a classic-style way to play.

The game will also work with Joy-Con 2 mouse targeting and a two-player co-op mode.

The new control options are meant to make the game feel closer to the original while adding modern flexibility.

Star Fox for Switch 2 is scheduled to launch on June 25, 2026.
