Nebius acquires Eigen AI for $643 million

Nebius has agreed to buy Eigen AI for about $643 million in cash and stock.

Eigen AI’s inference-optimization tech will be folded into Nebius’s Token Factory platform after the deal closes in the coming weeks.

Eigen AI’s founders will join Nebius and open a San Francisco office, while current customers get access to Nebius’s global infrastructure.

The deal adds specialized AI performance tools and talent as Nebius expands its cloud stack amid rising inference demand.
