Google's new gradient icons for Gmail, Calendar, Drive and more are finally rolling out

Google has started rolling out redesigned gradient icons for Workspace apps, replacing the older flat four-color look.

The new icons are showing up first in the web app launcher for apps like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet, Tasks, and Keep.

In-app icons have not fully switched over yet, suggesting the rollout is still in progress.

The refresh points to a broader Google branding update that could expand more widely around Google I/O.
