Gemini’s biggest new features are all about controlling your phone

Google is expanding Gemini on Android with new ways to control apps, build custom widgets, and help in Chrome and autofill.

The updates include multimodal task automation using screenshots and photos, plus a Create My Widget tool for personalized widgets.

Some features will launch first on Pixel and Galaxy phones under a new Gemini Intelligence label.

Premium capabilities such as auto browse will be limited to AI Pro and Ultra subscribers.
