"Super ZSNES" is a stab at a modern SNES emulator from the original developers

The original ZSNES team has released Super ZSNES, a modern SNES emulator for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.

The first version supports seven games, including F-Zero, Gradius 3, Mega Man X, Super Castlevania 4, Super Ghouls & Ghosts, Super Mario World, and Super Metroid.

Super ZSNES adds optional per-game upgrades like restored audio samples and 3D effects for Mode 7 games, without modifying ROMs.

Future updates are planned to expand chip support, fix bugs, add more enhancements, and bring netplay.
