Action camera maker GoPro to cut about 23% of all employees

GoPro said in an SEC filing it plans to cut 145 of its 631 employees, or about 23% of its workforce.

The layoffs are set to begin in Q2 2026 and should be mostly completed by year-end.

The company estimates restructuring costs of $11.5 million to $15.0 million.

The move underscores GoPro’s push to lower operating costs and improve performance amid prolonged weak results.
