Ex-Tekken boss starts new studio with former rivals SNK

Katsuhiro Harada, former Tekken director and producer, has launched a new studio under SNK after leaving Bandai Namco in late 2025.

The studio, VSStudioSNK, will work with SNK on game development as a consolidated subsidiary.

No game projects have been announced yet, but the move brings a major fighting game veteran into SNK’s orbit.

It could open the door to new collaborations and future fighting game projects.
