MSI unveils Claw 8 EX AI+, intensifying competition in high-performance handheld gaming devices

MSI has unveiled the Claw 8 EX AI+, a new premium handheld gaming device ahead of Computex 2026.

It uses Intel's Arc G3 Extreme chip, supports user-replaceable M.2 2280 SSDs, and keeps 32GB of memory.

The device also includes an 80Wh battery and an 8-inch 1200p 120Hz display.

MSI says it has improved haptics and controls, with launch set for June 23 and pricing still unannounced.
