10 New Things We Just Learned About The Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Remake

Ubisoft says the Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced remake will keep many classic features, including side activities, outfits, bar games, Kenway’s Fleet, memory corridors, and the original map size.

The team also confirmed some modernization changes, such as updated menus, a compass instead of the naval mini-map, and tweaks to the HUD.

One notable change is the removal of Hidden Blade melee combat, even as the remake preserves much of Edward Kenway’s original experience.

Fans can expect a familiar Black Flag foundation with selective gameplay and interface updates to modernize the remake.
