It uses an Executive LLM to coordinate multiple AI personas and prompt participants for targeted evidence during simulated group interactions.

In experiments with 188 young adults in the U.S., the coordinated setup produced more reliable assessments than uncoordinated agent designs.

The approach could help measure hard-to-test workplace and school skills at scale while staying more realistic than traditional multiple-choice exams.
