YouTube Shorts are a lot easier to ignore with this new setting [Gallery]

YouTube is expanding its Shorts timer with a zero-minute option.

When enabled, Shorts disappear from the YouTube homepage and users see a limit notice if they keep scrolling.

Shorts are still available through the Subscriptions feed and on individual video pages.

The change gives users and parents a stronger way to limit attention-grabbing short-form video.
