SpaceX will help power Claude with 220,000 Nvidia GPUs despite Elon's attacks on Anthropic

SpaceXAI will supply Anthropic with compute from Colossus 1, its Memphis supercomputer with more than 220,000 Nvidia GPUs.

The added capacity should let Anthropic raise Claude usage limits and API caps, easing current compute shortages.

The deal is notable given Elon Musk’s past criticism of Anthropic and their renewed business ties.

Both companies also said they are exploring future orbital AI data centers.
