Warner Bros. sues Amazon over illegal poaching of executives

Warner Bros. Discovery sued Amazon in California, alleging Amazon MGM Studios poached HBO Max executive Pia Barlow while she was still under contract.

The complaint also says Amazon improperly solicited multiple employees and interfered with contracts.
