CJ Olive Young piloted an AI-collaborative development process with AWS’s AI-DLC and Kiro in a three-day workshop.

From 24 candidate tasks, the team selected 5 and had about 30 tech staff work with AI across requirements, design, implementation, and quality validation.

The effort shows AI coding can move beyond individual productivity into a repeatable team development system.

It also suggests a way to standardize quality and context from requirements through testing.
