What Google has teased about Gemini 4

Google said Gemini 4 is in training as a next-generation frontier model that will need a larger base model and a more ambitious pre-training run.

Meanwhile, Gemini 3.x Flash models will keep getting frequent updates, including 3.6 Flash, 3.5 Flash-Lite, and 3.5 Flash Cyber.

Based on past release patterns, Gemini 4 could arrive around November or December.

The plan signals Google’s push to stay competitive at the AI frontier with bigger models, more compute, and TPUs.
