These are the first Android XR audio glasses, coming this fall with iPhone support

Google previewed screenless Android XR audio glasses at I/O 2026, built with Samsung and styled by Gentle Monster and Warby Parker.

The glasses use speakers, cameras, and microphones to power Gemini features like calls, navigation, translations, photos, and app actions.

Google said the glasses will pair with both Android phones and iPhones when they ship this fall.

The launch shows Google’s push into screenless AI wearables with broader phone compatibility, including Apple devices.
