OpenAI fully retires GPT-4 family from ChatGPT... announces end-of-service schedule for GPT-4.5 and o3

OpenAI says it will retire the last GPT-4-family models from ChatGPT, ending GPT-4.5 on June 27 and o3 on August 26.

That will leave no GPT-4-branded models in ChatGPT as the company shifts users to newer systems.

OpenAI says it is phasing out older, low-use models to focus on higher-performing ones.
