Mcp-sync: One Config File to Rule Them All

mcp-sync is an open-source tool for keeping MCP server configs in sync across editors from one .mcp.json source of truth.

It exports, diffs, and updates configs for Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Claude Code, and more while preserving editor-specific settings.

The goal is to eliminate manual duplication, config drift, and silent breakage when MCP setups change or keys are rotated.

This makes multi-editor MCP workflows easier to maintain and more reliable over time.
