Canada to debut North America's tallest residential skyscraper: 12 sides and 351 meters high

Toronto’s Pinnacle SkyTower is set to become Canada’s tallest residential building, rising 351.85 meters over 106 floors.

It will also hold the North American record for the most residential floors, surpassing Central Park Tower by floor count.

The tower will feature 958 luxury homes, a Le Méridien hotel, amenities, and a rooftop restaurant as part of Pinnacle One Yonge.

Residents are expected to start moving in from autumn 2026, with full completion planned for 2027.

Its 12-sided design is meant to boost structural performance and wind resistance.
